Create free tools or a free plan to help your SaaS business grow like crazy
You put so much effort into your marketing to get people to sign up for free trials and then you let them go just because they don't become customers. Doesn't that sound silly? Whether's it's a free analysis tool like HubSpot's Grader or an actual free plan like MailChimp, free is one of the few strategies that keeps on giving. I even tweeted about it yesterday! Free can lead to a lot more growth but needs to be done wisely so it doesn't hurt your business. What do you think? Agree or Disagree?
