After they sign up, ask people why they signed up!

Don't just assume you know what people want from your product. After people sign up for your SaaS product, ask them why via a Qualaroo survey, an email or on the phone during a sales call. You get to learn what people want regardless of what you think they want. You will learn how to make the product better, sell more of it and ultimately grow your business.
